There are two different user interfaces in Bug Tracker. One is for
internal development team and the other is for customer feedback. You may
try it and find out whether the system is suitable for you.
Internal System
You may use the internal system to manage
software development issues. You can do any operation in the demo
system. However, we do not allow you to change the information of
administrator. The email notification function is also disabled in the
demo version.
The customer feedback system is another user interface for your
customers. New reports in the feedback system would show up in internal
system immediately. The email notification function is also disabled.
